Author Bio

Amy Wenzel, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, cognitive behavioral therapy trainer-consultant with the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, and faculty member of the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She is also founder and director of the Main Line Center for Evidence-Based Psychotherapy in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
