An amazing place, Lake Wobegon Review by jk
Overall I own both News from Lake Wobegon and More News From Lake Wobegon. Each set contains favorites of mine! Every time I hear the stories I hear something I missed during an earlier listening.
As a former smoker, I especially like "Stop Smoking"! It is absolutely true - the craving is something no one can understand until they've been through it. ! Another favorite of mine is "Truck Stop". Too hilarious for words! Every single story is both humorous and poignant. Garrison Keillor is definitely a favorite in my family! (Posted on 11/16/12) -

Overall We have many of Garrisons stories on the old cassett tapes. we no longer
have a cassett player in the car. We will get all of these on CD as we
love to listen to them in the car. His stories are humerous and touching
