- Please contact the retailer you purchased the product from for their return policy.
Other Physical Product Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with
the product you ordered, for any reason, simply return it within 90 days of the
order date, and we will promptly replace it or refund the merchandise. Instructions are on your packing slip. Shipping and handling
fees are not refundable.
Exceptions: No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a packing
slip. No returns will be accepted on merchandise if opened, unless defective.

Digital Downloads:
Due to the nature of the product, digital downloads are nonreturnable.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have an issue with a
digital download purchase, contact us by email
