How to Unzip a File

• MAC OS 10
  1. Mac OS 10.3 and later have a built-in utility that opens zip files.
  2. Open "Finder" and navigate to the Zip file you wish to unzip.
  3. Double-click the file you wish to unzip.
  4. The files contained within the Zip file will be automatically unzipped into the same folder as the original zip file.
  If you have an older MAC operating system, programs such as StuffIt Expander are available on the web.

• PC (Windows XP and newer)
  1. Right-click the file.
  2. Click Extract on the shortcut menu.
  3. Follow the steps on the screens to save the file wherever you wish to store it.
